I became a lawyer because I like making complicated things simple. Growing up, I translated English to Spanish for my mom. Later in life, I translated the criminal justice system for people who had never seen a courtroom. Different rooms, same job. My intention will always be to give people clarity and help them decide with confidence.

I’m a graduate of Monterey College of Law, licensed in California since 2022. My first three years were spent in criminal defense litigation with overlap in civil work. It taught me preparation, pressure management, and how to fight without losing my footing. I trained in mediation as well because sometimes the smartest win is the one you negotiate. Now I am building a practice that reflects what people actually need: legal representation when the situation calls for it, and practical advocacy when it doesn’t.

I’m one of the few Latino & Spanish-speaking attorneys in our community. I understands what it feels like to be talked at instead of listened to. HABLO ESPAÑOL! If you want someone to slow things down, explain your options, and back you up in a room that feels stacked against you, that is my lane.

My style is direct and compassionate. I will lay out the risks and the likely outcomes, then help you choose what serves your life, not my ego. I hold myself to high ethical standards and I expect the same from the lawyers I work with. None of that means timid. It means aggressive, comprehensive representation with honesty at the center. Too many people nod along, cross their fingers, and hope for the best. I refuse to let my clients be those people.

I was raised in Salinas and started my career in Monterey County, with cases extending into San Benito, Santa Cruz, and Santa Clara counties. These are my communities. I use the relationships I have fostered here to move things forward for my clients.

What I do day to day depends on you. Criminal case representation & criminal record cleanup. Credit repair and practical money hygiene. Legal research and form preparation. Strategy sessions that turn chaos into a plan. Mediation, negotiation, and dispute resolution. Sometimes I serve as a spokesperson, so you do not have to absorb the stress. Maybe, all you need is someone to listen and point you in the right direction. If the solution requires legal representation, I handle it. If it requires something else, I make it happen.

I spend free time with friends, playing Fortnite on the PC I built, and fall into learning rabbit-holes until I know a topic cold.  Then I use that same energy on your matter.  Learn it, simplify it, execute. That is the promise.
